Shipping time
Typically your shipment will be delivered within 1-9 business days for order with all items in stock. The estimated shipping time will be displayed during checkout. Please note that we do not ship partial deliveries for items in backorder – your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Tracking:
When our warehouse is packing your order we will email you a link with the Track & Trace information of your parcel. Soon after when the carrier acquires your parcel they will send you tracking information as well.
Prices:
Prices on the website are shown in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes, shipping and handling charges, which are calculated during checkout. Currently, most orders are being shipped from a warehouse located in China. Orders are handled by Crow Cream Cruiser LLC (in New Jersey), so you will not be charged any import duties upon receiving the order.
