How do I return my order?
Wish to return something to us? No problem, request a return label online here – as simple as that. You’ll find an estimated return fee for your product(s) when you go though the request process.
Why not have the rights to return your items for a long time? We ask our self the same questions and decided to EXTENT your return rights. We offer 90 days right of return! You can return your products in up to 2 months after you receive your package.
You can easily return your item(s) to us and place a new order for the items you want instead. When we receive your parcel we’ll process your return and notify you about your refund.
No. It is not everything you order that can be returned. You can’t return services or any other items that you have asked us to perform service(s) on or modify in any way nor customization in any to your needs. Read more in Clause 5.B of our Return terms and conditions.
